Illiyoon

Illiyoon, a brand of the Amorepacific group, focuses on dry and atopy-prone skin. Its Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream, a cream rich in ceramides and cholesterol, has become in Korea an accessible alternative to major dermo-cosmetic brands for restoring the skin barrier, on the face as well as the body.

What you should know

Ceramides work by rebuilding the lamellar structure of the skin barrier, together with cholesterol and fatty acids; it is this balance, more than the number of ceramide types on the label, that limits water loss. The cream is applied morning and evening as the last step of the routine, on skin still slightly damp for the best effect.
