Refund policy

This policy describes your statutory right of withdrawal, the extended 30-day return we offer in addition, and how we handle damaged or non-conforming products. It applies to all orders placed on glasskin-beauty.com.

Right of withdrawal: 14 days

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the product. If your order includes several products delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last product.

This right applies to every order, including if you have opened the product's carton box or outer packaging.

Exception: unsealed products

In accordance with Article L221-28 (5°) of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for a sealed product (for example a bottle, tube or jar with a seal or protective film) that was unsealed after delivery and is not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Simply inform us of your decision to withdraw before the period expires, by means of a clear statement: by e-mail to contact@glasskin-beauty.com, through the form on our Contact page, or by post to IBN AL QAYYIM – Glasskin Beauty, 16 Place Michel Bully, 30000 Nîmes, France. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send us your decision before the period has expired. No prior approval from us is required.

We acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal without delay, by e-mail, and give you the return address.

Returning the products

You must send back the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating your decision to withdraw, to the return address given in our acknowledgement. The deadline is met if you send back the products before it expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the products.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refund

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery we offer (for example Express). The refund is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

The refund is made using the same means of payment as you used for the order, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; it does not cost you anything.

Extended 30-day return for unopened products

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily accept the return of any unopened product in its original packaging up to 30 days after receipt. The procedure is the same (inform us, then send the product to the return address we give you, return shipping at your expense); returned products are refunded within 14 days of their receipt. This extension is in addition to the statutory 14-day right and does not restrict it.

Damaged or defective product, or wrong item

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from your order, let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receipt, with a photo of the product and the parcel: this helps us process your request more quickly. This indicative time frame has no effect on your legal guarantees, which apply for two years. We will then exchange the product or refund it in full, return costs included.

Legal guarantees

Independently of the right of withdrawal and the extended return, all our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-1 to L217-32 of the French Consumer Code) for two years from delivery, and by the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code) for two years from discovery of the defect.
