We currently deliver to France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Switzerland and the United States.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours of being confirmed. Indicative delivery times after dispatch: 3 to 5 working days for standard delivery to France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain; 1 to 2 working days for Express delivery (France). For other destinations, the estimated delivery time depends on the country and the delivery method chosen. The estimated delivery time is always shown at checkout, before you confirm your order.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination:
- France: standard delivery €2.90, no shipping charge on orders of €49 or more; Express delivery €10.99.
- Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain: €4.90, no shipping charge on orders of €80 or more.
- Portugal: €9.90, no shipping charge on orders of €80 or more.
- United Kingdom, Switzerland and United States: €29, converted into the currency of your order (pound sterling, Swiss franc or US dollar) at the rate applied at checkout; this charge applies whatever the order amount.

Customs duties and import taxes (outside the European Union)
Orders delivered within the European Union are not subject to any customs duties.
- United States: every order delivered to the United States is subject to US customs duties and import taxes. They are not included in our prices or in the shipping costs and are payable by the recipient, who may have to pay them, together with any carrier clearance fees, before the parcel is handed over.
- United Kingdom and Switzerland: duties and taxes may be payable on receipt, depending on the value of the order and the rules of the destination country.
