Purito Seoul Wonder Releaf Centella Serum Unscented 60ml

A lightweight, fresh gel-water serum texture that sinks into the skin without stickiness or film, for an almost immediate soothed finish. This version is fragrance-free, designed for the most reactive skin types.

Why we love it

Formulated with 34,685 ppm of Korean centella asiatica extract (madecassoside, asiatic acid, asiaticoside), an active whose soothing action is well documented in laboratory settings; however, the strongest clinical evidence for centella concerns oral use, not topical application — a nuance most brands leave out. Purito Seoul rounds out the formula with four types of peptides and allantoin for skin comfort. The brand states a tolerance test on sensitive skin (HRIPT) and a reported improvement in discomfort of around 47% after 30 minutes in its own consumer trials; we have not found an independent publication of this data, so treat it as a brand-reported result rather than a third-party study.

How to use it

After toner, apply a generous amount to the face and neck, pat until fully absorbed, morning and evening. Compatible with all actives; ideal on recovery evenings after retinol or an exfoliant. Apply to intact skin, as centella has been linked to rare cases of dermatitis on damaged skin.
