Frequently asked questions
Can I return a product?
Yes: you have 14 days after delivery to withdraw, even if the box has been opened (except for a product whose hygiene seal has been removed), and 30 days to return an unopened product in its original packaging. Refunds and the withdrawal form: see our refund policy.
What are the delivery times?
Orders ship from France within 24 to 48 working hours. Shipping calculated at checkout, together with the delivery time for your country (United Kingdom and United States: €29, converted into your currency).
Are the products authentic?
Yes. We sell genuine Korean skincare, bought from professional distributors based in the EU. Every product carries EU-compliant labelling.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. No update after 3 working days? Write to us with your order number.
Product damaged on arrival?
Write to us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with a photo of the product and the parcel: we will reship or refund, as you prefer. This time frame does not limit your legal guarantees.
