The "96%" refers to the share of filtrate, mostly water, not a concentration of isolated actives. How to use it
Morning and evening after the toner, apply a small amount and pat until fully absorbed, before cream. Its stringy texture stretches then sinks in; do not rub. Compatible with all actives. Expert note: in case of known allergy to dust mites or molluscs, a test on a small area is recommended before first use (possible cross-reactivity).
