Why we love it
Deep sea water (Dokdo), filtered using membrane technology, provides 72 natural minerals; it is combined with a triple hyaluronic acid and a five-fold ceramide complex (AP, AS, EOP, NP, NS) to strengthen the skin barrier over time, along with panthenol and allantoin to soothe irritated skin. The number of ceramide types matters less than the formula's balance with cholesterol and fatty acids, but the presence of panthenol, one of the few moisturizers with direct clinical evidence, is a real strength. Round Lab cites a test by the Korea Institute of Dermatological Sciences (June 4 to July 13, 2018, panel of 21 people) on skin texture improvement after two weeks of use, as well as hydration measured up to 48 hours; this data comes from the brand and has not been confirmed by an independent publication we were able to find.
How to use it
Apply as the last step of the routine, morning and/or evening, over the entire face, in a suitable amount: a hazelnut-sized dab is enough for combination skin, more for very dry skin. Goes on without precaution after retinol or an exfoliant, whose effects it soothes.
Who it's for
